Hello everyone! My name is Alexey, and I worked at T8 LLC for about 2 years as a project manager. I'd like to share my impressions of this workplace. Firstly, I want to note that the company truly cares about its employees. From day one, I was surrounded by support and attention, helping me adapt to new responsibilities. The management was always ready to listen to my suggestions and comments, as well as provide the necessary resources to complete tasks. The team at T8 LLC is a real group of professionals. Each employee strives to achieve common goals, is willing to help colleagues, and shares their experience. The atmosphere within the team is friendly and open, making work comfortable and enjoyable. In terms of working conditions, they meet modern standards. The office is equipped with everything needed, including comfortable workstations and rest areas. It’s also worth noting the flexible work schedule, which allows for better balance between work and personal life. Special mention should be made of the company's corporate culture. At T8 LLC, various events, trainings, and seminars are regularly held to develop employees and strengthen team spirit. This helps maintain a high level of motivation and engagement in the work process. I am sincerely grateful for the opportunity to work at such a company as T8 LLC. Here, I gained valuable experience, developed my professional skills, and found true friends. And the review below represents the subjective opinion of just one incompetent, clearly complexed individual. If we break it down point by point, I can say the following: Salary: The level of pay can vary depending on region, experience, and qualifications. Perhaps the author had unrealistic expectations regarding salary. Projects and technologies: The relevance of projects and technologies is also a subjective factor. What seems outdated to one person may appear as an interesting challenge to another. Relationship with superiors: Interactions between employees and management depend on many factors, such as management style, personal qualities of both parties, and corporate culture. Disagreements and conflicts occur in any organization but do not necessarily indicate systemic problems. Work process: The claim that employees spend most of their time on the phone and strictly follow a schedule might be exaggerated. Everyone organizes their workday differently, and this does not always mean low productivity. Internal issues: Any organization faces internal conflicts and disagreements. This is normal, especially in a growing business environment. It's important for management to take steps to resolve them. Employee turnover: High staff turnover can indicate management problems, but it can also be related to natural changes in the labor market and individual decisions of employees. Technical aspects of work: Using VBA instead of the promised .NET could be due to specific project or client needs. Additionally, working with different technologies allows you to broaden your horizons and enhance your skills. Corporate policy: Rules for using equipment and software, data security requirements, and adherence to internal procedures are standard practices in most companies. They are designed to protect the interests of all participants. Conditions of employment: Lack of a water cooler and uncomfortable chairs are comfort issues that can easily be resolved by addressing management. Many companies accommodate employees by providing necessary amenities. Tasks and priorities: Changes in task priorities and requirements are common practice in dynamic companies. The ability to adapt to such changes is an important professional quality

Офисные помещение правда маленькие, все друг другу смотрят в мониторы. После тестового задания слились, просто не отвечали, игнорили. Достав сотрудницу HR в мессенджерах, ответили на отстань. Потратил время и так себя повели. Решайте сами, ехать к ним или нет, но таких надо воспитывать....
Начиная с определенного уровня - чуть выше среднего - много "кадров", которые откровенно паразитируют. Если нет опыта работы за рубежом или в иностранной компании, то сожрут или подомнут под себя. И начальство на это смотрит как так и надо, хотя сами же теряют на этом миллиарды. В результате перспективы роста для нормальных нулевые. Очень много талантливых людей просто выдавили.
